We know how disabling a headache can be, especially if repeated over time. A discomfort that also greatly affects the performance of daily activities, work and otherwise.
There are different headaches, but certainly a very common one is the one localized at eye level that sometimes combines with other types.
Here we will see why this type of headache is triggered and how intraosseous techniques can help.
Very important to always keep in mind, that when there is a problem there is never one cause but a series of concurrences.
It follows, for example, that headache has liver as its main concurrence.
Going back to analyze the headache at eye level, from an anatomical point of view it happens that the maxilla compresses on the frontal going to change its bone density and elasticity.
There are, therefore, mechanical aspects on which we osteopaths can be very effective. In fact by working on the intraosseous lesions of the frontal we are able to help in a highly significant way all patients suffering from this type of problem.
In light of this, osteopathy and intraosseous techniques are effective; osteopaths who want to learn more can do so by consulting pages 43-44-45 of the book Intraosseous Injuries, , in which I explain techniques to help these patients and how to decompress the frontal and work on the maxilla.
